Really, they are. I have two current issues.
1) They have double billed me for HBO for over 3 years. When notified of this error, they said it was my fault and would only refund 3 months worth. Really great customer service. I posted my frustration in a tweet. Got a tweet and an email say they would be glad to help if I’d call on April 18. Called at 10:00am – got an out of office message that the person would return on April 18th at 8:30am. Said she would call on April 18th if I left a message. I did. No call.
2) I just got a Tivo. It requires the use of a cable card. Since I am not a technical neophyte I went by the office to do the self install. Well like has been posted most other places it didn’t work, even after two calls to Comcast. On the third call to Comcast on Wednesday I was told someone would call me right away. It’s Friday – no call.
If they do not have the worst customer service on the planet, it would be hard to imagine who did.
